Gregg Beldock
Chief Executive Officer
Gregg graduated from the University of Vermont. Gregg and his wife Beth live on a large working farm in Charlotte, VT. Gregg has been in real estate development, syndication, finance and operations for a quarter of a century. Since 1984, Gregg has focused on being a construction manager, entrepreneur, and real estate developer in the New York area and northern New England, where Gregg is the owner of Bullrock Corporation. His experience as a construction manager for large regional development firms and as an Owner/Developer has included luxury residential condominiums, retail showrooms, affordable housing, distribution facilities, Co-op and condominium conversion and renovations, hotel conversions, franchise business development, health care living communities and renewable energy. From 2000 to 2014, Beth and Gregg developed The Lodge Senior Living Communities. With four communities and five hundred employees, The Lodges expanded to become a nationally recognized leader in senior living care and innovation. With the portfolio selling in the summer of 2014, Gregg, Beth and the Bullock team have focused on developing solar arrays, investing in multi-family housing, consulting in the senior arena and planning for a bright future.

Ross Sanner
President & Partner at Bullrock Renewables
Ross has played an immediate and integral role in the firm’s operational guidance and expansion strategy; his extensive experience in operations and business development helped Bullrock Renewables acquire its largest renewables portfolio to date. Before joining Bullrock, Ross has over 15 years of experience leading and advising both for-profit and nonprofit organizations and many at the Fortune 500 level with tremendous success.

Andrew Thomas
President & Partner at Bullrock Renewables
Andrew began working at Bullrock in 2006 and has worn many hats since that time. As lead developer, Andrew oversaw the construction of a series of senior living communities that included independent living, assisted living and memory care. Additionally, Andrew ran the management and healthcare teams, while spearheading the development of unique healthcare and scheduling software. Since 2015, Andrew has served as President of Bullrock Renewables and has overseen the entitlement, development and construction of 150 megawatts of solar in Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York.

Sasha Conroy
General Counsel and Partner
Sasha’s primary role will be focused on commercial transactions and corporate law for Bullrock Renewables. Prior to joining Bullrock, Sasha held senior positions at Langrock Sperry & Wool and CBS Sports Network.

Tim Sharek
Chief Financial Officer
Tim graduated from St. Michael’s College in Vermont in 2011. Directly after college, he earned his Certified Public Accountant license and began his career auditing companies in the insurance and health care industries. After transitioning to the Manager of Accounting role at the largest health care organization in New Hampshire, he joined Bullrock in his current position as Chief Financial Officer.

Doug Moses
Project Manager
After graduating from the University of Vermont in 2004, Doug joined the team here at Bullrock . He has over 10 years of experience in project management. Doug also was in Syracuse, NY, where he managed two construction projects vital to the area. He was the Construction Manager of a development project that included the construction of the first Costco in Central New York. He was also the Project Manager for a 130,000 sq ft Marriott Hotel, the first of its kind in downtown Syracuse.

Will Cole
Chief of Technical Operations
Will joined Bullrock in 2015 as a Project Manager. Sometime in 2016, he began to take on additional responsibilities including Geotechnical Testing, Solmetric Shade Analysis, PV Syst, IV Curve Testing and System Commissioning. Through various types of online and hands on solar training, Will completed over 100 hours of NABCEP approved continuing education credits. These days Will oversees all the technical operations of the business, from up front design and engineering, to system testing, commissioning and ongoing operations.

Zdravko Stefanovic
Director of Marketing & Property Manager
Zdravko joined Bullrock as a part-time property manager in 2019, supervising Mountain Haus Apartments. After quickly establishing and maintaining full occupancy, Zdravko became a crucial bridge between the tenants and Bullrock Corporation. His work in turn led to a second phase construction of another 36-apartment residential building in Stowe. Today, Zdravko is Bullrock Corporation’s and Bullrock Renewable’s Director of Marketing and commercial property manager.
Zdravko oversees our website development and is in his new role as of 2022 overseeing and directing all media related projects and productions.

Jeff McLoud
Senior Accountant
Jeff graduated from Plymouth State University with a BS in Accounting in 2011. After graduation he moved to Vermont to pursue his career and has gained 10 years of experience working in the for-profit and nonprofit industries. Jeff joined Bullrock in 2022 in his current role as Senior Accountant.

Sasha Keck
Executive Assistant
Sasha joined the Bullrock Team in April of 2023 as the Executive Assistant. This role supports leadership and employees alike. Sasha is uniquely skilled at communicating with all levels of our organization, coordinating needs, and managing the people under the Bullrock umbrella.
Sasha has worked in the local community for the last 20 years as an HR and Payroll professional with experience in accounting and office support in a vast array of industries. She started her career in Vermont in Retail Management, moving on to a local payroll service bureau for nearly 10 years, then providing HR Support for manufacturing and most recently Non-Profit and Higher Education.

Tyler Yaeger
Junior Civil Engineer
Tyler Yeager started working with Bullrock in June, 2023. Tyler graduated from VTC Randolph with a Bacherlors of Science for Renewables Energy, as well as an Associates of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering Technologies. Prior to engaging into his career of renewable energy, he has experience working in construction and property management.

Lawrence DiCapua
VP-Marketing Strategy, Community Solar
Lawrence’s primary role is developing scalable, cost-effective strategies to identify and engage the customers Bullrock’s community solar farms serve. Prior to joining Bullrock, Lawrence held senior marketing positions at McKinsey & Company, PepsiCo, GE and JPMorgan Chase. He earned an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BA from the University of Vermont.

Scott Smith
Accounting Consultant
Scott joined the Bullrock in 2013. Scott has been the CFO for several highly respected companies in Vermont within the gift, aviation, and lighting industries. During his finance career spanning over twenty years, he also worked for global and domestic companies in the semiconductor, snowboarding, and ski industries. Prior to his role at the Bullrock , Mr. Smith was CFO for the Vermont Teddy Bear Company Inc., a direct to consumer, multi-brand gift company.
